Refund Policy

When refunds are available

• UC was not delivered within 24 hours of confirmed payment
• Technical error on our side prevented delivery
• Duplicate payment received for the same order

When refunds are NOT available

• UC has already been delivered to your PUBG account — even if delivered to the wrong account due to customer-supplied incorrect Player ID
• Change of mind after successful delivery
• PUBG Mobile account ban or suspension

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] or WhatsApp us with your order code within 7 days of the issue. We'll review and respond within 48 hours.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3-7 business days.
