How to Redeem PUBG Mobile Codes (Step-by-Step Guide)
Redeeming a PUBG Mobile code takes under a minute once you know where everything lives. This guide walks through it once, properly, so you never have to think about it again.
Step 1: Copy your Character ID
Open PUBG Mobile and tap your avatar in the top-left corner of the lobby. Your Character ID is the long number displayed under your name. Tap the small copy icon next to it. This ID tells the redemption system which account receives the reward, so double-check it — rewards sent to the wrong ID cannot be recovered.
Step 2: Open the official redemption centre
Go to the official PUBG Mobile website (pubgmobile.com) and find the Redeem section under Events. Bookmark it. There is exactly one official redemption page — anything else asking for your login details is a phishing site. The real redemption centre never asks for your password, only your Character ID.
Step 3: Enter the code
Paste your Character ID in the first field, type the redeem code in the second, and complete the verification code. Redeem codes are case-sensitive, so copy them exactly as written — a lowercase letter typed as uppercase will fail.
Step 4: Collect your reward in-game
Tap OK, then open your in-game mail (the envelope icon in the lobby). Rewards normally arrive within a few minutes, though during busy events it can take up to a day. Claim the mail and the item lands in your inventory.
Common errors and what they mean
- Redemption limit reached: the code hit its global cap. It is dead for everyone — nothing you can do.
- Invalid code: a typo, or the code expired. Check it against our live codes list where expired codes are clearly marked.
- Already redeemed: each code works once per account. You cannot redeem the same code twice, even on a different device.
New codes drop around updates and events with no warning, so check the codes page daily — we mark dead codes so you stop wasting attempts.
